Charter Sales & Marketing

Personalized Account Management

• Assignment of a dedicated personal account manager, advocate and point-of-contact
• Arrangement of backup aircraft for supplemental lift during aircraft maintenance, or if appropriate, during periods your aircraft is chartered out

Regulatory and Record Keeping Services

• Initiation and organization of flight, operations, and maintenance records
• Researching, organizing, and assuring compliance of aircraft maintenance and flight operations records for 14 CFR Part 135 operations
• Securing storage of aircraft documents, logs and records
• Inclusion of the aircraft on partner Air Carrier Operations Specifications
• Development, approval and implementation of a minimum equipment list for the Aircraft appropriate for operation under partner air carrier operating certificate
• Securing and maintaining certification for RVSM, [MNPS and RNP]
• 14 CFR Part 135-compliant maintenance recordkeeping and documentation
• In-house computerized maintenance tracking and history (AJS)
• Maintain calibration records for tools and test equipment
• Auditing contract maintenance facilities for compliance with alcohol and drug testing and abatement programs
• Administration of flight operations by partners including, but not limited to, creating and revising, as necessary, Operation Manuals, International Procedures Manual, Maintenance Manual, Training Manual, and Safety Program Manual
• Obtaining international landing rights, as needed
• Obtaining and maintaining Transportation Security Administration ("TSA") and international security programs certification, including, but not limited to the "Twelve-Five Standard Security Program" ("TFSSP")
• FAA and manufacturer’s correspondence and directives
• Maintaining navigation and operations reference publications
• Providing for National Business Aviation Association Membership, and membership in other trade associations as directed by Owner (NATA, etc.)

Flight Planning, Operations and Dispatch Services

• Dedicated 24-hour flight operations, dispatch and flight coordination services for partner flights
• Aircraft scheduling (both owner and partner charter flights)
• Obtaining international landing permits, as needed
• Obtaining and maintaining U.S. Customs overflight permits, as needed

Professional Staffing

• Professional recruiting for aircraft crew, maintenance technicians and flight attendants
• Payroll and benefits administration for Private Jet Group employees
• Personnel records - TSA investigation reports; SIDA investigation reports; maintenance of security ID certifications; training, qualification and medical records; employee compensation and benefits records; compliance with federal background check and record-keeping requirements
• Provide flight and maintenance personnel management including background checks, drug enforcement programs, training, personnel record keeping and commercial certification in accordance with FAA requirements

  Aircraft Customization

  • Assistance in Owner's negotiation and development of SATCOM, Air-show, Flight phone, Avionics, AFIS/Data link, and in-flight entertainment contracts, if desired
  • Telecommunications – domestic and international cellular capability for all partner flight crews
  • Assistance in Owner’s negotiation and selection of interior finishes and options, and external painting contracts, vendor selection, etc., if desired

  Financial Management

  • Accounting: full A/R and A/P management; provide comprehensive, detailed monthly analysis, invoicing and reports
  • Prosecution of warranty claims
  • Prosecution and settlement of insurance matters
